NEA gives INEC A+ rating for 2005 performance
With the controversial overcharging issue still hanging over its head, the Ilocos Norte Electric Cooperative (INEC) was given an A+ rating by the National Electrification Administration (NEA) for its performance in 2005.
But INEC says they will wait for motion result
Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) member Mariano V. Marcos II hit the Ilocos Norte Electric Cooperative (INEC) again for the still unimplemented refund order made by the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) as he called INEC’s motion for clarification filed at the ERC as a “delaying tactic.”
The proposed P420 million convention center, which is expected to be constructed this year and would cover at least four hectares of the former Paoay Sports Complex, is undergoing “critical study” at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan.
