Prov’l dad urges presentation of 2 committee reports Says issue “pain in the neck”
The long-drawn controversy on the 2005 Laoag City budget has become a “pain in the neck” for Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) member Da Vinci M. Crisostomo as he urged his colleagues that the two committee reports of the SP’s committee on laws be presented on the board’s next regular session on August 8.
